I completed my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and work under the supervision of Yoshie Martinez, M.Ed., R.P., CCC. I have over 20 years of military experience and served in the aerospace and communication branches.
I use an integrated treatment approach, tailored to your individual needs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). I am training in Compassionate Inquiry (CI), NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
