My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and a space where you feel able to grow. Whether you’re seeking to build new skills, gain clarity, or reconnect with parts of yourself, my role is to walk alongside you on that journey. I aim to bring a genuineness, humility, and safety to the therapeutic relationship.
I have three years of experience employed in a non-profit mental health agency, as well as a two-year clinical internship during my graduate training doing supervised client-facing work. I take a trauma-informed and humanistic approach, integrating elements of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy, alongside a working knowledge of common therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Feel free to follow-up for a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if you feel we’d be a good fit. We can talk about your focus for therapy, your goals, hoped-for outcomes, and explore what therapy might look like if we decide to work together.
